Our story
Hygiene you can audit
We started with one belief: commercial buildings and housing societies deserve the same documented, measurable hygiene standards as hospitals. Too much of this industry still runs on daily wages, borrowed buckets and a handshake — and the people paying for it have no way to prove the work was actually done.
So we built the opposite. Every job has a written scope, a trained crew, the right machine for the surface, a supervisor who signs it off and a photo report that lands in your records. Today our crews clean water tanks, offices, malls, hotels, factories and society buildings right across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
We work only with commercial properties and societies. That focus is what lets us invest in industrial machines, safety training and supervisor audits — and it is why we politely turn down individual flat and home jobs.

We visit, measure, check access and note the risks — tank capacity and condition, floor type, height work, kitchen grease load. Quoting without seeing a site is guesswork.

Written scope and fixed quote
You get the method, the crew size, the timing and the price in writing, matched to a checklist for your property type.

Planned, low-disruption scheduling
Night, weekend and holiday slots for commercial sites; planned water cuts with advance notice for societies.

Execution with supervision
The crew works to the checklist with the right machines, PPE and safety procedure. The supervisor photographs each stage as it completes.

Before/after photographs, a signed checklist and a completion report on every job, plus hygiene certificates for tank work — evidence you can hand to a committee or an auditor.
Fixed written quotes
A site survey first, then a written scope and a fixed price. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts, so the final invoice holds no surprises.
A guarantee that means something
If any part of the agreed scope falls short, tell us within 48 hours and we re-clean that part at no charge.
Safety first
The risky part of this job is the part you don't see
Underground sumps are confined spaces that can hold low oxygen and toxic gas. Terrace tanks mean working at height on wet surfaces. Kitchen exhaust ducts carry a fire load. Facades need rope access. These are the jobs where untrained labour gets hurt, so they are the ones we plan hardest.
